Welcome to Live Food Factor

Eating raw foods can deliver amazing improvements in the quality of your life. Live Food Factor is dedicated to providing valuable information for individuals who are interested in learning how to become much healthier, to lose weight, and to live the kind of life for which they have always dreamed.

The second edition of The Live Food Factor will be coming out by the end of August! I am excited to announce the Dr. V. Vetrano (Dr. Herbert Shelton's protogee) as well as Victoria Boutenko have written forewords and contributions for it! And Victoria BidWell has added her expertise in making this book a Natural Hygiene/raw food comprehensive guide. The second edition is REVISED, EXPANDED, & UPDATED. It has 37% more material. It touches upon all the other health factors besides food.To keep the cost down, we had to squeeze it into 600 plus pages. So I had to switch the font to times new roman and add one or two lines to every page....There are more testimonials, double the recipes, more studies/research to convince the most skeptic of them all, more answers to your frequently asked questions, and more chapters: A FASTING CHAPTER and A CHAPTER ON GETTING CHILDREN TO EAT RAW. There are also 3 more appendices, all by Victoria BidWell.

Here is the table of contents:
